The room is the largest room in the house (approx. 21 square metres) and has its own private access to the sun garden. The room is furnished with a large bed (140 x 200 cm) incl. mattress, a large wardrobe, a desk and a chair as well as a floor protection mat. The room can be redecorated as desired. The house is divided into a shared flat (ground floor and first floor) which is occupied by 5 people and a flat on the top floor which is occupied by 2 people. The room that can be rented belongs to the shared flat area. The shared bathroom is shared with the other flatmates. In addition, there is a separate guest WC and a second shower that are used exclusively by the flatmates. The kitchen is a communal kitchen assigned to the flat share and is equipped with all the necessary appliances. Here you can put your cooking skills to the test and cook and eat together with your flatmates. There is also a large garden. This can be used by all residents to barbecue or sunbathe together. The house is situated in a quiet yet central location in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen Süd. There is a Tegut supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Further shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance on Schweizer Str.. Public transport (bus stop Südfriedhof; U-Bahn/ S-Bahn stop Südbahnhof) is also just a few minutes' walk away...
